About Commandis Tree Service and How Referrals Work

Who We Are

Commandis Tree Service is a referral service. We connect homeowners in Waynesville and the Waynesville area with independent tree providers. We do not climb, cut, haul or grind. The providers do that work.

Why This Service Exists

Tree jobs are hard to size up. You see a leaning trunk or a split limb. You do not know who to trust, how urgent it is, or what a fair job looks like. Searching under stress makes that harder.

We give you one place to start. You describe the problem, and we point you to a local provider who can talk it through.

How Matching Works

You call or send a request. You share the basics:

• What the tree is doing
• Where it stands
• What it could hit
• What kind of home you have

We pass that to a provider in our network who works in your area and handles that type of job. Availability varies by provider and by weather. Many providers can respond quickly to urgent jobs, but Request a callback to check provider availability for your address.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Give a clear written quote before work starts
• Explain the plan in plain terms
• Carry the licensing and insurance their work requires, and show proof when asked
• Protect your property, roofs and landscaping
• Say so early if the job is bigger than first described

You should still confirm these points yourself. Good providers expect the questions.

Older Home, Extra Care

Older houses hide surprises. Roofs age. Past repairs may be thin. Buried lines and old drainage can sit where a heavy trunk or machine will land. We encourage you to mention your home's age up front so the provider can plan the drop and the equipment path.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not perform tree work.
• We do not set prices. Providers quote their own jobs.
• We do not promise results or insurance outcomes. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
• We do not require you to hire anyone.

How We Are Paid

Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when they are connected with a homeowner. You do not pay us to be matched, and requesting an estimate carries no obligation. The price of the work is agreed between you and the provider.
