Terms of Use for Commandis Tree Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of commandis.garden and the services offered through it by Commandis Tree Service. When you use the site, call the number on it, or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and not legal advice.

What We Do

Commandis Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not remove trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Are Separate Businesses

The providers you are connected with run their own independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promises about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information Only

Content on this site is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, where it applies, with your insurer and local permit office.

What We Expect From You

Give accurate information when you contact us, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or submit a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. To stop contact at any time, email contact@commandis.garden.

Ownership of Content

The content and design of this site belong to Commandis Tree Service or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Commandis Tree Service is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from an agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is", with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
